After getting married, it’s taken an interesting balance to create a bedroom that is still a cozy sanctuary without appearing too feminine in our lofty downtown apartment. This canvas artwork by Fluorescent Palace above the bed provides just the right amount of romanticism with the Parisian theme while the graffiti and fluorescence give just the right amount of edge making it suitable for a coed bedroom. In addition, it’s complimentary of the unfinished, exposed 14 ft’ ceilings with open duct work- the graffiti on the canvas ties the urban feel of a downtown apartment while the overall theme of the artwork keeps the bedroom feeling soft.
